Kop Kum Kap! For a great Thai dinner


Last week had the opportunity to taste authentic thai food courtesy of my brother's best friend. He learned cooking thai food not in Thailand but in Australia ( I hope got it right! ). We had Pad Thai and Steam Fish Thai Style; my sister-law cooked fried rolls stuffed with creamy shrimp meat. To quench our thirst we had Italian Red Wine. The food was so good that another friend of my brother just came all the way from Manila to join us.
