Fiesta Food in Southern Cebu

Went to the southern part of the island where one of the town was celebrating their "fiesta". It took us 3 hours from Cebu city; reaching the place we were then serve breakfast...consist of shrimp in chili sauce,"suman" or sticky rice wrapped in banana leaves, "embutido" a mixture of ground meat and spices wrapped in pig's intestine, lettuce with ground meat and chocolate.
