Sunday's dinner

Last Sunday I felt the urge to eat something special, so I bought some roast beef from Lohmeyer, salmon avocado salad from R3/4, spareribs and roasted onion from pao-pao and bread from Paul bakery. I paired it with a cabernet sauvignon by Montes from Chile.

  • j,

could you find out for me the name or type of sauce that japanese shower on their vegetarian pancake? or does it have to be made? it tastes sweet, ala teriyaki (but not quite) with hint of worcestershire, etc. been around asian groceries here, but can't tell me what. maybe you or your jap friends know.

    cheers,

    r

  • Are you referring to Okonomiyaki? Please refer to my July 2007 archive. If so just buy the okonomiyaki sauce or if not you can buy tonkatsu sauce, brand is bulldog.
