Went to a stand-up bar in Tokyo Station. Compare to other bars within the area the beers here are cheaper, that is why usually it would be crowded during after work.

Joining the game

I joined the tug of war game. I was the only guy in our team while the other team had 2 guys, the odds was againts our team thus we lost. I think I need to exercise more and build those muscles. hahahaha!

FIESTA in HIBIYA PARK Nov 11 -12, '06

Last weekend was FIESTA in HIBIYA PARK. For the first day I volunteered and joined the Order and Sanitation Committee. It was raining but still people came to join the festival to watch their favorite filipino stars and to taste authentic filipino food. This was the first time I joined a gathering like this organized by our own Embassy.

先週の週末日比谷公園でフィリピンフィエスタがありました。私は有志をしました。初めてけど楽しかった。雨けどフィリピンの役者と食べ物のために人たちを来ました。

Last week with old friends

Last week went out with colleagues during our hotel days. I think it was maybe 4 months since we haven't met, Though for Gonda Kun maybe a month since we usually meet in the airport whenever I'm there. This was taken in an Izakaya but the picture isn't clear.

先週昔ホテルで一緒働いていた同僚と居酒屋でご飯を食べた。権田君以外に４ヶ月ぶりに会いませんでした。またお酒をたくさん飲んだ。

Food Again

Came home late and was really hungry. Cooked a meal good for two people but guess what I ate it all by my self. This time had steamed shanghai crabs and shabu-shabu pork with beer of course.

帰りはまた遅くて凄くおなかが空いた。二人分を作ったけど一人で食べた。今度の料理は上海の蟹としゃぶしゃぶ豚肉、もちろんビールと一緒。

Canal Cafe

Afterwards went to Canal Cafe near the Philippine resto. Had dinner and few drinks with friends who live nearby.

後でフィリピンレストランの近くにCanal Cafeというレストランに行きました。近所の日本人の友達と一緒に夕飯を食べたり酒を飲んだりしました。

Lunch Menu

Had chicken adobo with rice and chicharon with coffee as drink and yogurt as dessert. I was impressed with their pandesal with shrimp and avocado. It was delicious, sorry wasn't able to take a picture of it.

ランチメニューはchicken adoboとご飯とchicharon ( deep fried pork skin )とコーヒーとヨーグルト。驚いたは店の海老アボカドpandesal (パン),美味しかった。

Went again to Travel Cafe Philippines with friends for lunch. Here are some pictures.

友達たちとまたTravel Cafe Philippinesに行きました。今回ランチに行って、ランチメニューはちょっと違うのでtryをしました。

Izakaya in Akihabara

Went to an Izakaya in Akihabara, the place and food was ok. Plus the food was affordable. Spicy chicken wings and sashimi salad, fresh egg roll with 2 different sauces.

秋葉原で居酒屋に行きました、場所と食べ物はママけど値段が手頃です。

My dinner again ....

Late dinner again of fried oysters and grilled eggplant with potato salad, side dish of sashimi with pickled wasabi and a glass of red wine.

また帰りは遅れてしまいました、今度の夕ご飯弁当はカキフライと焼いたナスとジャガイモサラダと刺身と漬けワサビと赤ワイン。

Long John who?

Went again to Orchid Bar in Hotel Okura few weeks ago. This time tasted LONG JOHN scotch whisky. For me this is one of the finest scotch whiskies I've drank.

またホテルオクラのOrchid Barに行きました。今回LONG JOHNというwhiskyの名前を飲みました。
今まで飲んだことないscotch whisky、凄く美味しいとsmooth。
