Healthy Dessert

After a heavy meal in Shinsen ( a chinese resto in Miyako Tokyo Hotel ) had dessert. I find this refreshing and light. Even though I was really full and my stomach wanted to burst, but still was able to eat it.

Back home ...

After a few drinks was back home. It was just 3 beers but I felt good and tipsy. Maybe because the day before that just had a fever hehehe! Anyway, since was feeling good had this picture taken. I'm just a props here, the main subject is Miu-miu. Hahaha! He's at the left side just before the door to the living and dining room.

Late afternoon ....

Before going home drop by a bar and had a few drinks ... alone. Well, it was still happy hour so I just paid JPY 300 for a glass of draft beer. Normally a glass of draft beer would cost you JPY 650; had 3 glasses that night. I forgot the name of the bar but I think it is popular among yuppies in the Shinbashi area. Aside from the location and cheap drinks, the staffs are actually models both foreigners and japanese.

"CROCS" now in Japan

Was reading a bicycle magazine when I found this page. They are selling it for JPY 4,500 thus around PHP 2,250. It says that the sandals are light and with color variations, plus it has a non-slip sole. It is also good for cyclist to use during rainy days.

Beer Haven !

After work went to a stand-up bar near the office. The bar has hundred selections of beers from different countries. And guess how much is a bottle of SAN MIGUEL Pilsen --- JPY 750
that should be around Php 375 or US$ 6.5 something.

My colleague decided to try the TEA BEER from Belgium while I took the HEUNINGER Premium Bier from Germany. They even have a HEMP BEER !

Need for Speed?!

The speedometer of the car. For car enthusiast they would know what car this is. I just find it attractive when the lights are on so I took this picture.

The food of ERAWAN

Here are some samples of the food in Erawan. Fresh Shrimp and Vegetable Rolls and Beef, Pork and Chicken Satay with 2 different sauces.

Thai Resto with a View

Last week went to a Thai resto with a colleague after work. ERAWAN the name of the resto serves authentic thai food with a 90% thai staffs and a good view of the city of Tokyo since it is located at the 13th floor of the building. Tokyo Tower is just nearby.

Part time with Mc Donalds

An ad by Mc Donalds Japan. Never did the Japanese thought that Mc Donald would be so popular here in Japan. The junk food from America has conquered and replaced the donburi of Japan as the most popular food among youngsters.

Wedding Village & Square in Tokyo Bay

A Beautiful Wedding

Attended the wedding of a friend. We used to work together in Narita Tokyu Hotel. We were so close we would be in each other's side when in need. When I was in the states she stayed with me for awhile since she didn't have a place to stay. We had a lot of memories together. I wish you the best and happiness!

A cafe inside an interior shop

"Actus" the name of the shop sells furnitures, glasses, kitchen utensils, linens,TV, fashion watches, etc. . and located inside is a cafe which uses their products such as the tables and chairs. I find the place a bit classy and simple.

Midnight snack

Before going to sleep had some apple pie and coffee. The pie was just too sweet for me.

Dinner Time

Had Onagi Don ( Eel Rice Toppings ) for dinner. But this one is wrapped in dried banana leaf. I found it delicious if eaten together with kimchi.

Festival Booths

The booths selling french fries, choco banana and frankfurters. The choco banana was popular among the children while frankfurters was for adults. Especially eaten together with a cold can of beer.

Sunday Festival

As I rode my Bianchi and went to a river area somewhere in Funabashi. I didn't know that there was a festival celebration along the river bank. Here are some pictures of the festival; there was also a man made stage for some dances and singing performed by the locals.

Billboards in Harajuku

While walking along the streets of Harajuku I happen to see some billboards. Found this one interesting so I took a picture. There are 3 billboards and one of it attracted my attention.

In a Thai Resto

Last friday we had lunch in a Thai resto, and I found the flower on the table pretty though I didn't know the name. I tried using a different picture effect, and according to the setting of my mobile phone it says solarization. I'm no photographer ... anyway, here is the outcome.

View of Shinjuku from the TOP

Went to the 49th floor of the Tokyo Metropolitan Building. And this is how Shinjuku looks like from the TOP.
